I have to go cold Turkey from Percocet after today. No more. They are gone. What can I do to ease withdrawl symptoms?

Jeff is right. Depending on how much Percocet you were taking, withdrawal could be serious, and for sure extremely uncomfortable. I would at least contact your Dr, or check out a detox facility. You don’t want to go through this alone.
It’s gonna be rough no matter what , that stuff hurts coming out. But once it’s out you never have to experience that again
