I have two months and 22days clean today any advice

I can tell you what worked for me. After a few try’s I finally surrendered. Let go of past relationships with people I used with. . I stopped going around places that I used at ie the casino and the bars. Got on my hands and knees and prayed to something greater than me for help. I’ve dedicated my time to service work. I go to meetings everyday(mostly on zoom) found a homegroup that I attend weekly. I found a sponsor that works with me through the steps. I feel free today and I’m enjoying a relationship with myself. 🩷 congratulations on your clean time make it a commitment and stick with it!

For me its remembering. When i feel lost or "whats the point" i remember how i felt and where i was at when i decided i needed help. I never want to feel that or experience that again. I often dont know what im doing, but i always know what will lead back to feeling and place

Keep doing narcotics, anonymous zoom meetings or you can go to meetings keep hanging out with sober friends who care about you and want to see you succeed hang out with your family more, exercise, and write in a journal daily all those things helped me stay clean

Get lots of rest, and drink water often.
Find/continue hobbies to keep busy.
Remain only around positive family and friends.
When a craving comes up, release the feeling by writing in a journal or calling someone to help reduce the craving because it will pass.
Be kind to yourself and celebrate your wins.
I don't know you, but I am very proud of you! Keep up the good work!

This is really good news. Keep up the good work one day at a time. - enjoy your sobriety.

I was told to quit hanging around old play places playmates and play things or if you hang around the barbershop you're bound to get a haircut

Meetings and service within those meetings!

is your sobriety date Feb 19 2025? that’s my new sobriety date !!!
