Take it one day at a time. Don't let the little things trip you up.

You have for this number one your in the twos remember one step at a time and one day at a time. I'd needed break it down to minutes to hour to that one day. I have faith you for this and can and will remain sober. Prayers  and the bear thoughts of YOU amen

Pray and make meetings and get a sponsor

Definitely get a sponsor if you do not already have one. Go to meetings. And don’t pick up the first drink!

MY ADVICE IS TO KEEP IT UP... THAT'S PRETTY EASY.. IT GETS BETTER AND YOU LEARN HOW TO HANDLE YOUR SOBRIETY ON A DAILY BASIS... BE a LONG TERM THINKER AND TRUST THE PROCESS YOU ARE IN

Long term sobriety is available to each of us IF we do the work.
•Are you done yet?
•Have you had enough pain?
•Are you willing to go to any lengths to stay sober?
If you can answer YES to all three questions then you’re ready to work all 12 steps, find a sponsor and read the Big Book and 12 n 12.
I suggest you meet your sponsor weekly until all 12 steps are completed.
Go to a meeting (face to face) daily for the first year.
After the first year, never under 3 meetings a week. Attend meetings with many old timers who discuss the solution. NO JerrySpringer meetings. They keep us sick.
Pray & meditate every morning and night. Use the 3rd & 7th step prayers with your prayer times.
I suggest you live and breathe the program and use all 12 steps in your daily life.
I surrendered over 30 years ago and never took a drink or drug since. You CAN do this. Best wishes :peace_symbol:

Annie Grace can help you keep going long term. I borrowed her 2 books from the library for free. The 1st one is called This Naked Mind. The 2nd one is called The Alcohol Experiment. Both of these books are VERY enlightening!!!:+1: You can also download her app on your phone for free called This Naked Mind Companion App where there is support. She also has a blog & a podcast. She answers reader’s questions for free on YouTube too. There are so many free resources out there, but if you think you need extra help to keep going, then you can pay for her paid program called The PATH. Great job so far on your part, but this woman can totally help you if you ever falter. Her science based, compassion led method is the BEST!! Good luck :purple_heart:

Loosid podcasts, newform app. /Phoenix zoom meetings, sirius XM podcasts sobriety to recovery, AA recovery interviews, you tube hardknoxtalks are some stuff that keeps me going. Keep learning never stop.

Stay going to a meetings and Be of Service to Somebody

Meetings and network. Have people to connect with when things get tough.

Do whatever works for you, for
Me AA didn’t do anything but church and god did. Just do whatever makes you happy that doesn’t involve using. Play a video game, read a book, you need to pass time to avoid that craving. Just pass time but whatever you do DO NOT USE. Remind yourself how it felt and what terrible things happened the last time you did, and ask yourself, does this pain now compare at all? Usually not.

Stay connected to the program and most importantly trust God or your higher power. Remain teachable practice humility take suggestions you've got this :100:

Keep coming back, weather your AA, NA, CA , get a sponsor, go to meetings, work steps.

I had someone tell me one time "The number one way to stay clean is to not use"

Sponsor if you don't have one. Work the steps. One day at a time. Focus on sobriety your first year. Then pick 1 major thing each year to work on. Consider a therapist if your open to it. Above all else be willing to do whatis suggested in AA. Do it for you not a thing or person or reason but your self....

Stay connected to meetings and when you can hang out with some old timers, people in the meeting to have more time than you can be an old timer… try to look for the ones that look like they’ve been doing this the ones that share about working through the steps, working with other people having commitments

Go to meetings and don’t drink or use in between
