I haven’t posted in awhile. I was 10 days from celebrating 12 months of sobriety, and drank at home on New Years Eve. Had a family member die and that hit me hard. I quit working my AA program for a month, and I sabotaged myself,

Sorry for your loss. I dealt with grief by self medicating for years. I do dreadthe day that I have to do it sober. You got this, one foot in front of the other.
