I havent been on in a while bit i wantes to check in amd just really show my gratitude for this year's birthday I had the best birthday I have literally ever had in my entire life and it was nothing major I didn't have a birthday party I didn't do anything out of the ordinary but the way that people celebrate me this year for once in my life I truly truly felt loved appreciated proud of and it felt good and I embraced myself and I embrace getting up and getting dressed and doing my hair and putting on some makeup because I don't do those things anymore and I celebrated my birthday for the first time ever in my entire life I truly celebrated my birthday and myself because I was completely sober and I felt beautiful and I felt amazing and I just want to be a reminder today to anyone who's struggling that it does get better you will make it through and you can and you are going to do it if no one else in your life tells you that they're proud of you let me tell you because I truly truly am and your love you're worthy you're awesome and we really do recover recovery is a beautiful beautiful amazing place to be if you embrace it to the fullest we've wasted enough time why keep wasting more I'm grateful and I'm so proud of each and everyone of you on here
