I hope each of you are doing well. Today is all we have. Yesterday...done. Tomorrow...not promised. Just take your time through this day. No matters what happens today, if you get in bed tonight and are sober, you won!

Things are going pretty good. I'm learning to live again which at 43 isn't easy...but it's beautiful at the same time. How are you?
