Yet. You can’t get it under control… yet!! But if you keep attempting to love yourself, as much you love your family, you will conquer your sobriety for both parties!! Good luck and if I can do anything to help, just let me know.

Well you just did step 1. Powerlessness and unmanageability are synonymous with “can’t get under control” to me.
