To stay sober. I was sober 2 years and now I keep going back. This sucks! I want a sober life!

You can definitely do it. You have to push and surround yourself with sober people. You've got this.

One day at a time, so you slipped. Many have and many will, don't let a small mistake put you into a cycle that you dislike so much. You've got this, get to a meeting!

I guess that’s where I am at. The trauma and things that make me continue to return. I know somebody quit and they follow the AA way. That doesn’t get to the root cause.
Seeking sobriety takes enough courage in and of itself. Be kind to yourself, find someone to confide in. Talking through your thoughts is very helpful. Whatever helps!
I get it man, I relapsed on the 19th, and before that I was clean for 7 months and before that I was clean for 4 years. Maybe try going to see a therapists and integrate yourself into a sober community. That is what I'm trying to do, everyone that I've seen actually give it there all, usually will stay clean, don't be afraid to get help, that is what's held me back.
