Great Rachel!!

Good to see you taking responsibility for your recovery! This is the best gift you can give yourself. Once you get out, please do yourself a solid and start working one of the many recovery programs. First things first…treatment

Great decision!

Good luck

I checked myself into a treatment center in February. Spent 30 days there and was absolutely the best decision I made for my recovery. Good for you for recognizing what you need. Best of luck!

That’s a great idea.

All the best to you, Rachel.
A year ago, I started researching centers, made numerous calls and I was running into blocks insurance related and a few other scenarios which struck me as fishy ( and believe me, I wanted to go ).
I told myself I would try again on my own. Meaning go for sobriety without the center. I just crossed ten months. I am not complacent.
I have heard that it is crucial to utilize the tools provided.
I think it is awesome that you are taking this initiative!
Please keep us posted.

Good for you Rachel, you’ve got this and we’ve all got your back!

Great! I'll say a prayer for you. Inpatient treatment put a wall between me and my vice that I couldn't on my own. I just had to accept the fact that I needed to be put on time out and baby sat until I could be more comfortable and stronger when left to my own devices.

Keep going!!!

Great job making that decision

I’m proud of you

That is awesome! If this is what you want and you are doing it for yourself then I am sure you will succeed. Be sure to go in knowing it will be hard. And that’s ok. Listen to the counselors and take notes. Seriously, it helps! Then when you are back home and run into an issue you can go back to handouts or notes. I wish you all the best!

Great start!

Best of luck to you Rachel

Best thing you can do! They can monitor your health for withdrawal symptoms. Take in every word of counseling/group therapy. I was told went I went that rehab is a bandaid. You have to keep healing when you leave. I wish you luck and sending a huge hug!
