@brandi236213 ... Let's talk about it. What was it that triggered you to relapse?

No meeting around me

It’s good that you shared. It’s best if you share before you relapse.
I was a chronic relapser for way too long!
There is a way, and you can get & stay clean. Trust me, if I could do it anyone can.
I’m here if you want to talk.

If you have wifi or cellular data there are world wide meetings.
Check out NA.org. :pray:t2:

Put it back down Brandi, and try not to beat yourself up. I've found that simply asking myself 'did that help me accomplish anything at all?' and taking the answer as no I leave it alone.

Thank you guys

In the rooms app . Has online meetings all day every day . . When you feel the urge all u have to do is grab ur phone and find the meeting. Any meeting.

Don't beat yourself up brother. All of us have made that same decision to use. Like, I'm currently using as we speak. But point is if you are on this app you are already taking those steps to better yourself for the future. Chin up and smile. Drink water. We all love you and are rooting for you.

Look into 319 group online. It's a marathon meeting on zoom that has been rolling strong for the last 5 years now. They will make breakout rooms for those that are struggling and it helps to know you aren't alone in your struggles

How did u do it

@brandi236213 meetings are not going to keep you sober. Saying that there were no meetings around you is a cop-out.

Yes or no were you working the 12 steps of recovery.

Yes or no were you applying what you learned in "treatment"?

Again meetings will not keep you sober. YOU WILL keep yourself sober.

If you need help working and applying the 12 steps of recovery in your life I'll be more than willing to help you.

You just need to be willing to do it.

Chris, I did it by finally making my sobriety my number one priority, over everything and everyone. Over finances, romance and even family.
2. Got a sponsor, did the 12 steps.
3. Went to AA/NA/CA meetings.
4. Did and still do service.
Chris this is the easier softer way, but when I’m truly sober it helps me be emotionally stable and I create a life worth living.
