I just got a text inviting me out for drinks .I turned it down.I knew that it would eventually lead me to my drug of choice.Day 2.

@tina385237 ..You have chosen wisely. Part of the 9th step promise states that "We (You) will intuitively know how to handle situations that use to baffle us. We will suddenly realize that God is doing for us what we cannot do for ourselves."

OK, that’s great that you did that. Hope you go to a meeting or two today. Hope you start looking around for a sponsor to help you get through these challenging times.
