That transition from treatment to real life can really test you. I had to keep my routine and check in with someone every day. Structure saved me, honestly. How’s it feeling being back ?
I think you might be surprised by the amount of support you will receive.
First thing I did when I went back to work was go speak with my managers to let them know how grateful I was. No one eles needs to know your path at work.
Meetings everyday.
KEEP IT SIMPLE.
I can relate..... Just keep it basic Pace yourself
Keep it Simple
I understand completely. I took a few days off after recovery. Manage your stress with daily meditation. Remember you can only control what you control. Everything else waits. You got this!
Dwaine, you are doing great! I went to lots and lots of in person AA/CA/NA meetings when I got out of detox. The meetings and happily sober people were of great help to me.
I’m here if you want to talk or have any questions
Brother! I got plugged into a weak sponsorship situation that cost me big time. Finding the right sponsor, staying close to that man and following directions literally saved my life!
Go to a meeting and be honest with someone else and God and yourself and stick it out it's worth it and be kind to yourself remember that you are creating a new nature and that takes courage and time
Stress is a choice done let it have space in your life
One day or one hour at a time . You got this . Keep your thoughts positive. I am doing these things myself . Love ya
Stay close to your support system and your higher power!!! You can do this...
Oh and don't forget the 90in90
