I feel your frustration. I was in your shoes. 28 days of rehab then back to work. I just walked in like I owned the place. Haha

Listen to some good music. Good on you for going to rehab, you're already on a great track. Stay steady. Breathe. You got this.

Im so glad you took the steps to get healty and strong again. :blush:Stay focused on the present moment and stop and take a few breaths to bring yourself back from in your head. Lead yourself to meet your needs so you can reach your goals! If stinking thinking creeps in que yourself to think of the things you are grateful for instead and when you can, actually taking a few moments to tangibly touch those things you're so thankful for at least once a day. Change one thing that needs improving in your environment each day so you can acknowledge your change as it happens. And don't forget to take a minute to be thankful for your sobriety and very soon each day you will start to feel the change in a positive way. Praying for your continued success.

Focus on your higher power

Getting out of rehab and walking back into real life is huge. Of course you’re stressed.. that’s normal. But don’t overlook what you just did. You chose yourself. You showed up for your life.

Going back to work isn’t “back to square one.” It’s you stepping forward with new tools. Take it one hour at a time if you need to. Protect your peace. Stay connected. And remember.. the hardest part was asking for help. You already did that.

You’ve got this. One steady step at a time. :purple_heart::butterfly:

Continue to communicate with everyone and anyone in the process. Try to get out your head. Meetings help too

U got this! Growing up and keeping your life together feels good and u won't regret it! Keep going!

If I of all people can do it, man you got this. Go knock them dead with the new you.

Stay busy and grateful

Dwaine! your good bro! from my experience from returning to work after almost drinking myself to death and calling an ambulance.on bytion after a medical detox that i requested at.the hospital cause my heartrate waking up in the middle if the night was so high and then the shakes dry h eaving till.i throw.up.blood and its.a real.eye.opener . Those anxious feelings.and heartrate will dicipate in a couple.days .., your coming off there meds.now.not alcholol. So after 3 days.for.me.i was good.and able too sleep and get my.appetite back. SO JUST TAKE IT A TIME FRAME AT A TIME , That you came this far and know your.doing the best for yourself that you.have in a while so these new feelings are.Gods Blessings and you should not shy away from becoming the best you that everyone in your heart knows you can be.

One hour, one minute at a time. Just be proud of yourself and focus on the job.

Your brain will have to learn to adjust to sobriety outside of rehab. Every day is a new day to make better choices and practice better habits. Wishing you the best!

Give yourself grace, we are not perfect, use your tools you were given.
Go to meetings call your sponsor and always stop n just breathe

Don't let your disease drag you down. You addressed the issues and nobody said it would be easy. But YOU GOT THIS!!
GOD DIDN'T BRING YOU THIS FAR TO DROP YOU NOW.

You went through treatment, yeaaaa great for you. Now time to get to meetings and talk to people like you and start working the steps.

Keep reminding yourself why you're doing this, practice graditude, at least you have a job to go to, it could be worse :100:
