I feel your frustration. I was in your shoes. 28 days of rehab then back to work. I just walked in like I owned the place. Haha

Listen to some good music. Good on you for going to rehab, you're already on a great track. Stay steady. Breathe. You got this.

Im so glad you took the steps to get healty and strong again. :blush:Stay focused on the present moment and stop and take a few breaths to bring yourself back from in your head. Lead yourself to meet your needs so you can reach your goals! If stinking thinking creeps in que yourself to think of the things you are grateful for instead and when you can, actually taking a few moments to tangibly touch those things you're so thankful for at least once a day. Change one thing that needs improving in your environment each day so you can acknowledge your change as it happens. And don't forget to take a minute to be thankful for your sobriety and very soon each day you will start to feel the change in a positive way. Praying for your continued success.

One day at a time! Thank god everyday for your sobriety!

Focus on your higher power

Getting out of rehab and walking back into real life is huge. Of course you’re stressed.. that’s normal. But don’t overlook what you just did. You chose yourself. You showed up for your life.

Going back to work isn’t “back to square one.” It’s you stepping forward with new tools. Take it one hour at a time if you need to. Protect your peace. Stay connected. And remember.. the hardest part was asking for help. You already did that.

You’ve got this. One steady step at a time. :purple_heart::butterfly:

Continue to communicate with everyone and anyone in the process. Try to get out your head. Meetings help too
