I just hit 3 years clean from my doc on 3.1.23 but I’m really struggling with alcohol.

Get to a meeting there are lots. Surround yourself with positive people. Remember it’s just a thought this too shall pass. Ask God to lift that urge. Pray :pray: get a sponsor. Trust the process. It works if you work it. You should know it gets easier. Sending prayers cuz I too just celebrated 3 yrs strong 3-9-23

Alcohol is the easy one
Just order something else and the dide that say anything just tell em you’re not drinking tonight. Itl get easier I promise.
Ill have 8 years on Monday i feel ya . Even went to an old friends yesterday still f drinking and smoking, she passed out at 9:00 . I split went to a casino then went to a new resterant
