I just love my beer

I just love my beer and I hate it. It really gets me in trouble. Suggestions ?

There are a lot of actually tasty non alcoholic beers on the market these days.
Tastes great and gets you in less trouble. :grin:

I like ginger beers for something more sharp, CDB beers, and kombucha. I promise you it gets easier. Work with a sponsor and take it one moment at a time :pray:

Change your relationship with alcohol. I did this by reading these books: kick the drink by Jason Vale and This Naked Mind by Annie Grace. Both books have basically the same message, so reading one is fine. Annie grace has a youtube channel as well, if you're not a big reader. These books have done WONDERS for me. I don't miss alcohol because there's nothing to miss, it took more than it ever gave and whatever I got from if was fleeting and just left me feeling worse. Wishing you luck :pray:t3:
