I just relapsed after 90 days sober. The severity of the cravings were so much higher than before. Anyone have a similar experience? Back on the wagon again though.

Welcome Alan! I personally relapsed a handful of times before I was able to stick with it. I wouldn’t stress though, what matters is you are back and trying again. You got this!

Yup! Relapsed after 116 days and I was off to the races! Thankfully I finally got myself into rehab within 2 weeks. Coming up on a year sober on the 30th. Keep up the good fight! You got this!
