I just wanted to send some love out to those going through a hard time this holiday. I understand, the heart ache of shame, grief, loss of close ones, loss of my own identity, and the longing for change that presents itself in so many different ways. I understand anxiety, hopelessness, and loneliness and trauma. Having the courage to be willing to reach out isn’t easy…So…. Who ever you might be out there, you are not ever alone I’ve got lots of love for you. My heart will be with you this Christmas.
