I just woke up it’s day two I cannot get high on ice . I gave up alcohol a few months ago I can do this. I’ve never had to give up ice and it’s my drug of choice but if I don’t stop now I will have to face the consequences and I know it’s not worth it . I’ll try to stay busy today and have a good day with my daughter
Get to a meeting of some kind. NA AA online, in person. Whatever you can do. Good luck
