I keep asking you god if you can get me through today we’ll work on tomorrow. It’s been really hard starting my new job, I just hope I have the strength to keep going. Thank you all for your support :+1:

Hi Adam- try to focus on small wins. If an entire day seems long, then set smaller goals.
When you stay sober in the morning and make it until noon.. woot woot, that’s a win.
Then carry the momentum forward in the next small goal.
Each incremental step will build success and build your mental muscle.
