You've been suppressing your feelings for so long in active addiction, being clean/sober your becoming Intune with your feelings again. That's great news celebrate it

I heard our tears hold cortisol. A stress hormone. So its just the body letting go of all that extra stress. Its totally normal. Every thing is energy and it flows through you. Let it flow. Let it go. And welcome the next flood of tears. Thank them. Love them and ask for help. We cant do this alone.
