I keep saying I'm making a goal to eat healthier. Maybe creating this post will help me keep that at the front of my mind.

I’ve made the same type of goal. And I didn’t get it right away, but I did start making small changes. And I realized the other day that the small changes had turned into several changes without even realizing it. Keep pressing through.

A goal requires a plan. If it seems to big start small. Set small goals and build up. You can do this
