I kinda stop counting days after about 6months. I'm over ten years now.

I started to try and figure it out. It made my brain hurt. Which doesn't take much.

If you want to find out pretty easily, go to the sober help tab on this app. Add your sobriety date and it’ll do a day count for you. I just looked at mine. 450 tomorrow!! I don’t keep track like I did when the number was 22 or anything.

There is hope for the rest of us. Good job

Absolutely. Wasn't trying to brag i really only have today. I'm new to apps and thought the other post was a guy asking me how many days I had.

I made a decision 10 years ago that just for today I wS going to follow the path laid out by other sober people as literally and simply as I could. Then every day after that I woke up and made the same decision. When I couldn't tell what the next right thing was(which was often), I asked a man with more sober time for a suggestion then did it whether I agreed with it or not. Stiil do this on a regular basis.

26 years and still one day at a time. It works for me.
