I know the signs when a person is in a downward spiral. My housemate tho is she knows all. When your in your room all date and then spend Quality time in the restroom you don’t Clean Up and you don’t Bath. She cals ME “everybody” bipolar and crazy. Check your house first because I know where my houses my anxiety is high very high.
