I lost my baby girl today and don't know what to do without her she was my rock and my best friend was there for me when noone else was and i had to let her go so she could be better off without me but i still don't need a drink

I felt this and know the feeling. Awww. I’m glad you shared and hope it feels better just letting it out. Picking up a drink would only make it worse and I’m glad you didn’t. Stay strong. 🫂
