I lost my brother to drinking 10 years ago i didn't want my kids to lose me to the same problem but hard to find the help i need

I have a difficult time understanding when people say it's hard to find help. With recovery growing in popularity every day. Have you heard of AA? NA? There are apps that will help you find meetings close to you Also you should be able to find a phone number on line pretty easily. What kind of help do you need?

You can do this! It starts with today. Dont drink today. Thats it!
Ignore the negativity you may hear from the AA group. They can be tough.
You must see an issue with yourself. Great 1st step.
You want to do something about it. Awesome second step...thats a plan!
Now... third step....do not drink today.
