I lost my ex boyfriend to liver failure today. Our relationship didn’t end well but this this really hurts.

My condolences on your loss. Losing a person you have loved is so hard. I imagine you’re feeling a lot of mixed emotions and they are all real and valid.
Do you have a sponsor or someone you’re close with in a sober community that you can talk to and be around? No matter what your brain is telling you, drinking will not make this better.

Sorry about your loss. Even if he was an Ex, it’s still sad. My daughter’s best friend growing up (They’re 36 now and friendship dissolved) it still hit my daughter hard. I remember when they were little.
