Fruit! And always have a water bottle, you’ll be hydrated and it helps with that tactile sensation.

Don't worry so we getting a little bit of weight! I'm the same way most people are but I'd rather have a few pounds on me! But I bet you look and feel a whole lot better right?

Been trying to fix the massive cravings I have for sweets after getting sober.
My hyperfixation right now is oikos yogurt, a frozen berry, and topped with high fiber cereal and honey!
