I’m 3 days away from a whole year clean! 3rd time having a year, but my first actually feeling serene. Life is good and I am grateful!

You should be very proud. The 18th of this month will be 18 months sober for me. Which also is my birthday. The serenity is the biggest part of my sobriety and I hope you take a firm grip on it. Unfortunately I will find out the results of the wreckage of my past at 9AM this morning. Please stay strong because sobriety is so worth it. Never thought I’d say that but I now actually believe it. Have a great day!!

I have a home group, sponsor, write on my steps regularly, write gratitude lists daily, get out in nature whenever possible, remove people and things that no longer serve me in the life I’m creating, changed to a non toxic job…hahaha everything I can

Sonya, that’s awesome! Exactly what a good member of AA does. Are you ready to sponsor others?
I like how you changed jobs… that shows the willingness to go to any lengths to get sobriety.

When I go through all 12 steps I will. Until then I’m going to keep reaching out to new comers and being a good network for them :slight_smile:

Wonderful attitude! Once we learn the 12 steps it becomes our way of life. We will be doing them daily. I absolutely love this program. Keep up the good work my friend.
