I’m 33 days sober. Yesterday I felt itchy for some kind of vice. I landed on a good cry. Anyone else feel this way?

7.5 years sober and I still do this. Had a good cry last night too.

Quinley, good cries seem to help rid the body of that "bad angst" feeling. They are cleansing for your soul. Congrats on 33 days sober!
