I’m 5 weeks sober and having a really hard day, is anyone available to talk? I’ve been so good but I’m stuck at my parents house with getting sober and after divorce, and I spent the night away at my exs with the dogs (strictly to see my dogs and attended aa meetings etc). My parents flipped, called my brother from California and got him involved. I understand they’re view, but I’m also 35, In constant contact with my sponsor and AA, and the I’ve told them multiple times what my triggers are. Is there a way to explain it better?

They flipped because they thought you were off drinking?
