I’m 7 months sober and honestly my cravings have never been worse. It scares me that I’ll never be able to get high again.

You don’t have to quit forever. Just don’t use today.
Are you going to any meetings?

I am. And I know that’s the way to think about it but like I literally am not allowed to use ever again and that’s scary

I haven’t quit forever. You don’t have to either. It is just not today.
No matter what, just for today. Besides, all any of us have is today.

Also, you used the word scary a few times. Scary is fear. Call your sponsor and work the steps on the fear.

That’s ok. That’s awesome in fact. Make the decision in step 3 and ask your Higher Power to help remove the fear.
