I’m a self-harmer. I never did drugs and I never smoked or vaped. I did used to drink but then I got pregnant three times and then I was on probation because in story, DCS thought I can’t be a mom because I’m poor and have autism.

This is heartbreaking. Any one can be a mother until you mess up one time, what about all the other parents who are much worse but don't get caught. Keep your chin up and just know that I am praying for you. Thank you for bravely sharing your story.

Right!

Thank you! I hope to be a mom again soon!

Hi! This is a true struggle. Please stay strong. Have you thought about therapy to address the self-harm and other symptoms? I work with several neurodivergent clients and have seen tremendous progress. I hope you stay strong and sober.

I tried the Better Help App and no mo App. Both apps made my husband unhappy. Sometimes, my husband controls what I do. APS doesn't do anything. I don't think APS is a good idea because DCS took my kids and I don't want to be hidden and locked away from society.

Absolutely. Try CharlieHealth services. They do an IOP three times a week and may have other options. Where are you located?

Do you feel safe from domestic violence? Look up the Power and Control. It shows you all of types of domestic violence. It will make you more aware of what may be happening in that relationship.

I have online trolls so I don’t give out that information in full but I’m in Arizona. That's all I can say.

I feel safe most of the times. I have anxiety and I need to see a professional but we need a car.

:hugs::heart:

Yes!!! A lot of that is my husband!

CharlieHealth does IOP via telehealth. Sending hugs your way.

Only problem is my husband will hear everything.

This is true....the meetings are in the evenings. I wish I knew of more resources for you. I hope you are able to find something. In the meantime, we here at Lossid, are available to help support you.

I use this app, NoMo and some Facebook groups. Some of my recovery apps are hidden on my iPhone. I have the most updated version of iOS so there's a lot of ways I can be safe!
