Feel alone and sad. Can you get treatment? Sobriety will make you love yourself and then you may want to reach out and find friends.

Your Higher Power is always with you.
Call a friend when you feel lonely. Talk to someone close. This is why I’ve built a great support group that I can lean on from time to time!

If alcohol is your problem, try AA.org and look for the meeting guide app. They also have a local help hotline. You can do it. I know it’s hard to ask for help, but you’re already asking for help. Please get help. You deserve it :pray:

I forgot to mention that if you go to AA.org and call the hotlines, there’s always someone there to answer the phone. They really do want to help you. They’ve been exactly where you are and understand the loneliness you are feeling. They really want to help.
