Hey Todd, I can relate. Distract yourself with a small project for distraction. Drink something else that you really enjoy, that's non-alcoholic. Just keep going, if all else fails, read a book and take a nap.

I’m at home I just worked back to back shifts with under 4 hours of sleep last night cooking some cod for dinner thanks for asking
