I’m already struggling severely, and I’m not even 45 minutes sober. :pensive: Being sober minded feels unbearable. I don’t think I can do this.

Heidi, I needed help from the sober community of AA/NA daily for quite a while! For me, asking for help was not easy! Initially I went to early morning meetings and evening meetings every day.
I raised my hand and shared my struggles.
This was the only medicine that worked.
