I like my job and I’m thankful for it, but God is leading me in a different direction. I’m being led into doing something else that will be in the arena of helping others find recovery. Not a counselor, but something, I’m not exactly sure yet.
I’m not worried or scared. I’m not sure where God is leading me, but I’m excited to see where it is and to get started!
At the VA hospital we had a guy called a peer group leader for the in patient and out patient programs. I would think the civilian sector hospitals/clinics would have a similar position. There was several other positions that the VA hospitals/recovery programs had similar to that of the peer group leader
