I’m coaching my daughter’s volleyball team and we won our first match! I post this because before getting sober I would have never coached. Practices are in the evening and that was when I started to pour my wine and my day was over. I am just so, so happy and grateful that my life doesn’t look like that anymore and instead I get to do things like this with my girls!

That’s awesome! Congrats on having the courage to coach! It’s a big commitment but our kids love and appreciate when we’re active in their lives (even if they don’t say it

Spoiler alert…they rarely say it so we just need to remind ourselves they’ll realize how awesome we are...some day…
