I’m feeling a little down right now. Two of the guys I went to rehab, that I got really close with has relapsed. They have only been out for a few days. This breaks my heart. :confused:

Hi Aaron, sending you a hug, it can definitely be tough to watch as others relapse and struggle. The most important thing is to keep your sobriety first.

I know. I just wish I could be there for them. They both live far from me.

That’s understandable. And admirable. Encourage them from afar. Checking in with them, just saying hi, will bring sobriety back on their radar if it isn’t already.

I told them both to call me first thing when they wake up.
