i’m going to get on subs or preferably subutex or at least the suboxone pills and not strips and see if that helps me freaking out. if that helps in not going inpatient. i almost relapsed today and bought oxy 30s but i deleted the number. aaaaaghhhh.

Stay strong, my sister is going thru detox rn. Subs help, but they are only a crutch, you will ultimately have to learn to walk one day. Support is the number one way to not relapse! Get rid of all number that do not give support!

I agree lose the numbers that are not supporting you find the people that will encourage you to stay clean
You will need subutex if you have opiates in your system. Then go on Suboxone. I’ve been in Suboxone about 5-6 years now and it saved my life. I’m an addict. I will always been an addict no matter my clean time. I would rather take a piece of a strip every day to prevent relapse of opiates than to pick up that drug ever again. It will be one or the other for me. I’d rather be on a crutch than dead.

Day 4 on Subs for me. I’ve been skeptical for years about them but finally figured what the heck, I’ll try them. So far so good. Feeling better everyday
