I’m gonna be kicking opiates tomorrow with tramadol and this is the LAST time I’m trying I really hope it works
Stay strong.
It didn’t work ….FAIL
How long did the relapse last?
Good luck I hope you do good in your sobriety
Suboxone is the best way to kick opiates.
I was addicted to Tramadol for 5 years.. which is what brought me to recovery. Be careful. God bless
Don’t give up
You got this girl! STAY STRONG! Remember, when things start to get tough, reach out! You are not alone❣️
Nice job!!! You’re brave, keep trying, love. We got you.
I just did it 2 months ago with fent ( sniff not shoot) whenever I say that word people think the worst of the worst about you , like you steal from whoever , sell all your belongings, don’t have a stable place to live or stable employment. I was able to fund my at the start $50 a day then in no time $200 a day spent so much $ makes me sick but now my thoughts are different on material things. I don’t know what you are taking. After the physical withdrawals are over you think your in the clear but then the mental withdrawals start , I can’t sleep my mind races 1000MPH I find nite time to be the lowest point of the day . You have to fight off the temptations. I went to rehab 3x but relapsed and I started trying different things to make the withdrawals easier to deal with and it worked if you or anyone else would care to know message me. I would write it out here but this message is pretty long as it is. I do know how you feel tho , alone , between nite , being alone and not sleeping temptations start coming but if you can get through a month it gets easier. I been using drugs every day for past 10 years life feels so different. I have like 2 friends who have their own lives . It’s definitely a lot harder trying to do this and isolating yourself people need human interaction human contact , we aren’t made to not have that. But it’s hard to talk to someone who doesn’t know what addiction feels like. How many times have you tried to kick it before ? If you don’t mind me asking
Have you tried Kratom? I used it to get off alcohol but I hear amazing things about helping curb opiate withdrawl
If you can stay off of everything narcotic, and alcohol for at least 7 days, you can get a shot of Vivitrol. Game changer! Stops cravings in their tracks. It is what has enabled me to stay clean for 2 years. Google Vivitrol. Find a doc or PA/clinic that can administer the injection. You get it every 28 days. If you would like more information, msg me. I would be happy to answer what questions you may have regarding Vivitrol.
Suboxone worked wonders for me. I ended up back on it for the wrong reasons but I initially got prescribed years ago to come off dope. It saved my life it really did. There’s a lot of stigma around it and some people might give you a hard time about it but it’ll give you your life back if used correctly. It’s worth a try if you’re open to the idea. Just my experience. Good luck keep trying!
Jackie! I don’t know about this topic, but I can tell that I’m here! I’ll pray for you. You got this! Keep your head up! One day at a time.
I saw kratom mentioned in here. Be VERY careful with that stuff. Kratom can be extremely dangerous. I have a family member who got hooked on it. Withdrawals were similar to heroin. He had to go on suboxone to get off Kratom. It helps people with opiate withdrawals because it gives similar effects, effects that your body can become tolerant to, just like most psychoactive substances. Please, to anyone, do your research before trying kratom.
In my experience.. my ideas never go to well.. why play doctor and try n detox yourself when you can just reach out for help and go to a detox/treatment facility..? If your anything like I was, you lost the power of choice a long time ago.. I needed to be separated from the substance, and that’s just the beginning.
Still relapsing
