Really good!!! I would slightly tweak it next time but it’s very tasty and flavorful. I’ll definitely be making it again! I’m enjoying trying new recipes, my ex used to tell me my cooking was bad. I’m not sure why I believed him because It never was bad but he convinced me not to cook for a decade. So I’m back cooking all the time now and I love it!
