I had to find new friends, my ones didn't respect it at all! Whenever I talked to them about not being supportive, all they would say was what you're doing is great, but then they would all be getting together and not inviting me, started new text threads and everything. When they would hang out w me in the beginning they were still getting trashed, leaving the mess for me to clean up. I do and can hang around ppl while drinking, but there should be some level of respect. I'm grateful for my sobriety!
