I’m grateful for God’s will for me, the roofs over my head, the clothes on my back, the urge to drink or use drugs have been removed, my ability to feel my emotions, AA as whole, speaker tapes, my son, my ex-wife, my family and friends. Attitude of gratitude
I have relapsed a few times after I swore I’d never drink or use again. This is the first time I’ve ever done a program of recovery. I’m practice the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous.
I tried to get and stay sober back in 2009-12. No program was only sober for others. I didn’t want my girlfriend at the time to leave me for my drunken behavior/blackout. So I what do I? I straighten out physically.
See I never straighten out mentally or spiritually because I was an agnostic. This time I’ve straighten out in all three areas of my life. Mind, body and Spirit.
