I’m grateful 🥲
for hearing back from my Heroin Addicted Daughter!!! She really made me happy
just to hear
her sweet voice. She’s 18 years old and hard headed like her mama… But; I always let her know how much I love
her and I am always here for her but not to enable her!!! I love
her and I guess my point is you just never
know
what you put your parents through until you are that parent going through the same situation. Then it’s like looking at a reflection in a mirror but it’s not you it’s somebody you love and there’s nothing you could do for them you got a let them help themselves and one Health don’t think that’s the hardest part of it all but as long as she knows I love her and I always feed her I’m OK with that. I’m gonna post a picture of her before and after. I don’t know
if I can post both but I’ll try.
Well here she is after heroin took her soul. It breaks my heart
because she was a straight A++ Student
who wanted to become a nurse
but it’s never
too late
.

Keep loving her Kimberly. I’m sending you prayers

This really hits me hard. I can't even imagine what my parents must have been going through all those years.
Thank You
so much. I needed that reassurance.
I totally
relate. The hardest thing in life is to watch the one
you love fall and all that you can do is watch and pray
.
Thank you I really don't feel like I'm the only parent who struggles sometimes with my kids and sometimes I just don't know how to get through to them and I normally am scared of what could happen to them if they're not properly prepared of things and battles that they could face. They're extremely head strong, plus they're at the age where they think they know it all, I can't get through to them, I have no support team and I honestly feel like most of time it's just a losing battle on my part.
I can relate! But; in life I am still learning to… That we have to let our kids make their mistakes! Because how we learn from our mistakes we get stronger every time they will too. It’s hard but uhhh
the teens especially. Good luck hun.
Thank you Kimberly. Just hearing that u can relate makes me not feel so alone but yes, it's tough watching ure babies sink, and ure trying to save them but they refuse ur help even though u know they're drowning...sad thing is, they dont!
I guess all I have left in my power to do is keep praying for them, hope for the best and expect the worst.
As a recovering heroin addict whose father also died of an overdose, keep loving her baby ! I pray so hard she finds her way. Much love honey.

I know the feeling hun. Praying
is a beautiful
thing
.
Thank You
.

Yes it is a powerful thing!
Amen sister in Christ
