I’m grateful for making it to day 6, but it’s the weekend so this is usually where I mess up.
One day at a time! Try not to think of making it through the weekend. Concentrate on just today. Put your head on the pillow tonight sober, wake up without a hangover! Tomorrow you can reassess and start it all again. You got this.
