The hardest part is deciding to stop, 2 days turns to 2 months, which turns to 2 years. Stay strong brother.

It’s not “only two days” it is straight two days! That’s a heck of a thing so don’t discount it. Keep doing the next right thing and hit the pillow sober every night… day at a time man!

Those first days are the tough ones and you did it! If you haven’t already done so, get to some meetings, that’s where your brothers and sisters reside and believe me it’s an awakening of support and encouragement. Even if you just show up and listen as that’s all I could do at first
