I’m grateful for the ability to shift my mindset and focus on healthier options.
Okay…. I did splurge on a bowl of ice cream, but also decided to go for a walk. Life is balance.
I’m also grateful to notice when I’m feeling anxious and take a 10 minute break to meditate and calm my mind.
And I’m always grateful for self-hugs. It sounds silly, but it makes me feel safe.

That is cool. I will try to end my daily yoga with a self hug going forward, Carole. And fun-fact, ice cream (milk, and other dairy products) are a really good source of tryptophan. It's an amino acid that can help promote sleep! I don't deal with lactic acid well but I do try to have a bowl of ice cream before bed and it helps 100%!
