Kevin, I had a nagging cough too. I found Werther's hard caramel candies to work well. They kind of coat your throat...

I’ve started using Ricola dual action honey lemon drops.
Seems to be working but it’s still annoying, 
God is good! Amen!
As a new mom I'm learning to take every opportunity when the kid wants to hang out. The day will come when they don't want to or can't. So I'm enjoying every moment as my daughter's favorite person while I can.
