I been there. I isolated myself for a whole year instead of reaching out I self medicated & drank from 5AM in the morning until 3:00 in the evening, Miller Lite was my Best Friend until i got tired of myself & jumped off the the viscous cycle of that Hamster Wheel. I never stopped since. The devil likes us isolated that’s his play ground. That’s why i say keep moving🙏🏻
