Bún Nem Nướng, Chả Giò ....................
Rice vermicelli with grilled ground pork and egg rolls, served with fish sauce on the side (copy and pasted because it’s easier lol)

I’m big on noodles and this has great flavor!!!

It’s a Vietnamese noodle dish with rice vermicelli, pork meatballs, pork noodles, some veggies, lettuce, and sauce. It’s so Good and refreshing. My milestone is actually getting through a year + of a very difficult divorce where the last of it was settled on Wednesday so now it’s just the administrative piece of things. It’s been an extremely Long and difficult process where I had to deal with very difficult things. I’m proud of myself. I’m also over a year sober.
